Refunds and Returns

We offer exchange or store credit on any unworn/defective merchandise tags on it by mail within 14 days of the order shipment date. All SALE products are final and non-refundable.

Shipping charges are non-refundable. Return shipping charges are incurred by the client.

How do I process an exchange?

We will gladly exchange your unworn item(s) for a different size or product. Email hello@oaktreeboutique.com with the style and size information you are looking for. Follow our return instructions to send back your purchase.
